UK Free Standard delivery via 48 hours tracked Royal Mail (2-5 working days)
UK next day delivery available. For UK orders place your order by 2pm GMT to receive your purchase next business day. Please note, purchases made after 2pm GMT on Friday and during the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday
Please note that Next Day deliveries are only available for UK Mainland only. Channel Islands & Scottish Highlands will take up to 3 days

All shipments outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import duties or taxes levied once a shipment reaches your country. Such charges are not included in the purchase price of HANNA FIEDLER products and we do not accept responsibility for them under any circumstances. Please note: for both UK and international orders, delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example: Customs delays, adverse weather conditions or unexpected increase in demand. Our Customer Service Team will update you if anything changes with your order
Returns
For all returns please contact us on contact@hannafiedler.com to
receive a return slip and shipping instructions.
We do not offer free returns but we will accept returns/exchanges and recommend using tracked and signed shipping method, both from international and UK returns. Any exchanges will be shipped free of charge.
You can return or exchange items from your order for up to:
- 14 days for UK customers from the date it arrives with you
- 21 days for International customers from the date it arrives with you
- Orders placed in December have an extended returns period - 31st January

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping fees cannot be refunded unless the product is proven faulty.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you as soon as we process any refunds.

Refund conditions
We take great pride in our reputation for providing merchandise of the highest quality. As such, it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. The following conditions must be met for the return to be accepted and the refund processed:
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Item(s) must be returned the original condition received. All garment tags must still be attached and any packaging provided (gift box, garment bag…) is considered part of the product and must be returned to receive a refund.
- Items that have been returned without garment tags or seals will not be accepted.
- Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging they were sent to ensure that products are received undamaged.
If the conditions as detailed above are not met for any returned items we shall notify you by e-mail. In such a case, you may have the option to have the products returned to you at your expense. If you refuse to accept the return delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the original order.
