How do I know if my order has been received?
After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. Once the order has been processed and shipped you will receive another notification confirming that order has been processed and shipped

How can I find a specific item? 
If you know exactly what you are looking for, you can search our online store using the “Search” button in the top right corner on the website. If you can’t find what you are looking for, please feel free to reach out to us on contact@hannafiedler.com
 
How do I know if an item is out of stock? 
If a style is out of stock it will be highlighted on the image itself on the overview page. If a size is sold out, it will tell you once you select the size. Please feel free to contact us on contact@hannafiedler.com if you would like to further information on when this item is back in stock or if you would like to place a pre-order.
 
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, it’s possible to make an exchange for the same item in a different size. If the size is out of stock we can either process a refund or have it pre-ordered for you. For further details on how to return/ exchange an item please refer to "Deliveries & Returns" page within the menu.
 
If you would like to exchange one style for another style, you must place a new order and return the original item.
 
How do I return an item? 
UK Orders can be returned within 14 days and International orders within 21 day’s upon receipt. For further details on how to return an item please refer to "Deliveries & Returns" page within the menu.
  
 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all UK credit and debit cards, including American Express. We do not accept Cheques
 
When will my card be charged for my order?
 It may show immediately but it can also take 3 days to process a card payment
